Jim Lafferty
President
Jim has been in the aircraft sales business since 1967. He was involved with General Aviation Service until 1981 when he formed TMR Aviation (formerly Jim Lafferty Aircraft Sales, Inc.)
Originally based at Reid-Hillview Airport in San Jose, CA, he became aware of the limitations posed by that facility and airport for his growing business. In 1984, he formed an investment group focused on building a major FBO at the San Jose Airport. From 1985 until 2000 he served as president of both his aircraft sales company and the San Jose Jet Center.
Justin Greenway
Sales Representative
Justin has been with the company since January of 2008. Justin has over seven years of experience in aviation including ground support and line service operations, with a three-years at The San Jose Jet Center. At San Jose State University, Justin studied Aviation and Business Operations. he began contract flying for Jim Lafferty before becoming a salesman.
Justin focuses on the piston sales fleet at TMR Aviation . Justin is also a very committed musician, and enjoys playing golf and scubadiving.
Charlotte "Bunny" Lafferty

Bunny not only keeps Jim going, but also handles the company’s marketing, photography and advertising activities.
Bunny and Jim have been married for 40 years and have three sons.

Office Manager
April has been our office manager since 1999 and an indispensable assistant to Jim.
April is an especially talented customer service representative who goes to great lengths to assist the needs of our clients. She never has a bad day, and is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
